Refund and Return Policy

At Mushroom Kenya, we strive to provide you with the freshest, highest quality mushroom products.

We understand that perishable items require special handling, so please review our return and refund policy carefully.

Refunds:

  • We offer full refunds for unopened, undamaged mushroom products within 2 days of receipt.
  • To initiate a refund, please contact us at sales@mushroomkenya.co.ke with your order number and reason for return.
  • Once we receive your request, we will process the refund within 5 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Returns:

We are unable to accept returns of opened or perishable mushroom products due to food safety regulations. However, if you receive a product that is damaged or spoiled upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  • Take a clear picture of the damaged product.
  • Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at sales@mushroomkenya.co.ke with your order number, a picture of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
  • Upon verification, we will offer you a full refund or a replacement product (depending on availability).

Non-Refundable Items:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Products are damaged due to improper storage or handling after receipt.

Please Note:

  • We recommend refrigerating your mushroom products upon arrival to maintain freshness.
  • We reserve the right to deny refunds or returns if the request is made outside the specified timeframe or if the product is not returned in its original condition.
